Are reservations required?

Miniature Golf: 
For groups of 10 or more, reservations are required. Groups can book multiple tee times back-to-back. Please keep in mind, for pace of play purposes, we will still require that the groups you’ve booked play as a max of 5, just in successive order.

Walk-ins are welcome for individuals up to small groups, but we cannot guarantee availability. If the wait time exceeds the amount of time left until close, then we stop taking walk-ins. If you plan on visiting in the last hour we recommend calling to check availability.

Virtual Golf/Sports Simulator:
Reservations are required.

Volleyball:

Can I bring my own putter for the course?

Absolutely! If you’ve got a favorite putter, bring it along and Putt your way. Otherwise, we’ve got you covered with putters available for your round.

Can I use my own golf clubs in the virtual golf simulator?

Absolutely. And if you don't have your own clubs, you're welcome to use ours.

Yes! Tigertown Sports serves a variety of alcoholic beverages, including beer, seltzers, spirits, and mixed drinks. Guests must be 21 or older and provide a valid photo ID to purchase alcohol.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Tiger Town Sports. Please use designated outdoor areas and follow any posted signage regarding smoking and vaping.

For everyone’s safety, guests under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult while visiting Tigertown Sports. Stick around and enjoy the fun with them!

What if there is bad weather?

We do not close the facility if there is light rain or a chance of inclement weather. The facility will close in the event of close lightning strikes, heavy rain, snow, or dust storms. Golfers are advised that they play at their own risk in the case of a weather warning or any inclement weather.

If the weather is deemed bad enough to close the facility, then rain checks may be given to those who haven't started their game yet, or are no more than halfway through the course, along with those who have upcoming tee times.

Tigertown Sports is not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from inclement weather.

How do I cancel my reservation?

If canceled before 24 hours before a reserved tee time, each guest will receive a full refund to be paid in the same method of payment as originally received. 
If a guest wishes to cancel a tee time after a tee time has already passed no refund will be issued.

How long does 18 holes of mini golf take?

Most groups can complete all 18 holes in about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on group size and how busy the course is. Take your time, enjoy the course, and have some fun along the way!

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We’ve got food, drinks, and plenty of options available onsite to keep you fueled while you SIP • SPIKE • PUTT.Certain exclusions apply to group and private event bookings. Please see a team member for further details.

Possibly! If there isn’t another reservation immediately following yours, additional time may be available for purchase. Just check with our team during your visit and we’ll be happy to see what’s available.
